Replacement, Refund & Shipping Policy

Phyto Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (via our brand Ezzperiod) is committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policies regarding replacements, cancellations, and shipping below.


1. Replacement & Refund Policy

We strive for perfection, but in the event of an issue with your order, we provide the following resolutions:

  • Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Products: If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or find an item missing from your order, we will conduct a thorough investigation.

  • Resolution: If the issue is found to be genuine, we will provide a gift code equivalent to the item’s value.

  • No Cash Refunds: Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds to bank accounts or cards. All approved claims are settled via gift codes of the same value.

  • Timeline: To be eligible for a resolution, any complaint must be registered within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. However, as noted above, if a product is missing, wrong, or damaged, we will investigate and provide a gift code of equivalent value once the claim is verified.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard & Subscription Orders: Once an order is placed (including those automatically generated under a Subscription plan), it can be cancelled only if it has not yet been handed over to our delivery partner.

  • After Dispatch: Once the order is with the courier, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your Ezzperiod products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Shipping Charges: * We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 399 (this threshold is subject to change without prior notice).

    • For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges apply. Please verify the final shipping rates at the time of checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD at no additional charge for your convenience.

  • Delivery Timeline: We partner with India’s leading logistics providers. Depending on your location, your order will typically reach your doorstep within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.
